Built on Family, Craft and a Narrow Focus

Eddie Mendez grew up around entrepreneurship and construction. His father owns a concrete business in Mexico, and that background gave Eddie the desire to build something of his own.
Before starting Prime Home Improvement, Eddie built homes from the ground up, framed them, and worked on decks, painting, and exterior projects. Over time, he narrowed the company’s focus to what he did best: composite decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces.

Today Eddie and his brother Lisandro run Prime Home Improvement together. You meet them at your consultation, and they stay involved while the crews build your project, so you know who sold it, who designed it, and who to call with a question.
