That is a real cost and a real scheduling constraint, and any estimate that ignores it is not an estimate you can rely on. We look at access first here.
With little ground to work with, the deck is usually the main outdoor room rather than an addition to a garden. Every inch counts, which pushes toward built-in seating instead of furniture, and toward cable or slim aluminium railing so the view is not spent on the balustrade.
